Policies and procedures for getting a refund

To start the refund process, please contact the Enrollment Center:

Camp Refunds

Applicable for Cal Adventures Camps, Explorer Camp, Blue Camp, Gymnastics Camps, Skateboard Camps, and Science & Sports Camp. Requests for refunds, transfers, or credits must be submitted in writing (email OK) to the Enrollment Center no later than 30 days prior to the first day of class in order to be considered. All transfers, credits, or cancellations received prior to 30 days before the first day of camp are assessed a fee of $25 per child, per camp.

No refunds, credits, or transfers are issued for requests received within one month of the start of camp. In the case of illness and injury, requests are considered only when accompanied with a doctor’s note and letter requesting the exception. The $25.00 fee still applies. No requests will be considered after the first day of camp.

  • Camps are not prorated.
  • Session dates will not be individualized.
  • Participant substitutions are not allowed.

 

Private Parties and Lessons

Applicable to private skateboarding lessons, private swimming lessons and birthday parties. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits given unless a facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If rescheduling is not feasible, we issue refunds or credits toward another activity.

 

Golden Bear Gymnastics Classes

Requests for refunds, transfers, or credits must be submitted in writing (email OK) to the Enrollment Center no later than 10 days prior to the first day of class in order to be considered. All refunds, transfers, or credits are assessed a fee of $25 per child, per class.

In the case of illness or injury, requests for a refund, transfer, or credit will be considered only when accompanied with a doctor’s note and letter requesting the exception. The $25.00 fee still applies. No requests will be considered after the first day of class. No refunds, transfers, or credits are issued for requests received within ten days of the start of the class.

  • Participant substitutions are not allowed.
